Night of the Batmen!

After being injured in an explosion Batman (Diedrich Bader) is and is no longer able to protect Gotham four of his closest pals each take it upon themselves to step in for the Dark Knight. And so Gotham goes from one Batman to four.

Of the four I've got to say Captain Marvel's (Jeff Bennett) Batman is my favorite, but Aquaman's (John Di Maggio) Batman is an awful lot of fun as well. Both Green Arrow (James Arnold Taylor) and Plastic Man (Tom Kenny) get in on the fun as well. Meanwhile aboard the Justice League satellite, the Martian Manhunter's (Nicholas Guest) attempts to get Batman to rest are resisted at every turn by the real Batman.

It might not be the strongest episode of the season, but it definitely has its moments. After a couple up and down weeks (both "Joker: The Vile and Villainous!" and the return of Bat-Mite were fairly disappointing) "Night of the Batmen!" is a solid episode which also includes a great opening number by Vigilante singing about the man from Gotham who wore the grey and the blue. It's worth a look, in case you missed it:
