Pretty Little Liars - Will the Circle Be Unbroken

The rest of the Liars redouble their efforts to find their missing friend when Melissa (Torrey DeVitto) shows up at the high school looking for Spencer (Troian Bellisario), who none of them are aware was admitted to Radley on a 72-hour psychiatric evaluation following her discover of Toby's (Keegan Allen) body and her breakdown in the woods. Dr. Sullivan (Annabeth Gish) finds Spencer in the psychiatric hospital pretending to have amnesia rather than deal with the pressures of recent events.

Knowing that Ezra (Ian Harding) needs steady work given his new responsibilities Aria (Lucy Hale) goes to her parents (Chad LoweHolly Marie Combs) in hopes of convincing them to let him teach at the Rosewood High School again. Aria also lies to the school's principal about the current state of her relationship with Ezra in order to help him get put on the substitute teacher list for the school district.

Hanna (Ashley Benson) and her mother (Laura Leighton) are surprised by the sudden reappearance of Detective Wilden (Bryce Johnson) who shows no ill-effects, nor owtward signs of malice, for being run over, left in the woods to die, and having his car sunk to the bottom of the lake (although he does want his car back). In a cute, but completely unconnected, scene Emily (Shay Mitchell) is shocked when Shana (Aeriél Miranda) arranges a meeting between Emily and her idol Olympic medalist Missy Franklin.
While in Radley Spencer meets the real Eddie Lamb (Reggie Austin), the man whose identity Toby stole to get in and out of the hospital, and learns a few interesting facts about the place including the fact that Toby's mother was a patient in Radley and that Spencer is staying in Mona's (Janel Parrish) old room. Mona's visit, and her offer of friendship, begin Spencer down another rabbit hole which leads to a meltdown during group therapy and may well keep her at Radley for an extended stay.
