Cyborg's (Khary Payton) Love Matcher 5000 creates new problems for several of his teammates when it matches Beast Boy (Greg Cipes) to Raven (Tara Strong) and Starfire (Hynden Walch) to Aquaman. As a jealous Robin (Scott Menville) continually tries to make himself more like the King of Atlantis (including wearing a dead fish suit and installing a shark tank in the middle of the living room) Raven is forced to fend off the unwanted advances of her new soul mate.
Most of the humor from "Matched" comes from Raven continually smacking around Beast Boy when his latest attempt to woo her fails to work. Finally wearing her down, Raven eventually falls for Beast Boy's unwillingness to give up and decides to even marry her teammate. Of course when Cyborg admits to a small glitch in his computer program things take a turn for the worse.
The pairing of Starfire and Aquaman (who makes a cameo) is certainly odd but it offers multiple attempts for the Boy Wonder to make a fool of himself trying to appear as "cool" as Aquaman. Cyborg's reactions to Robin's craziness are equally entertaining. The goofy nature of the episode is entertaining, especially given the bizarre ending where a scratching post breaks up both couples.
