Supergirl - Homecoming
Everyone at the DEO and Casa de Danvers is happy with the return of Jeremiah Danvers (Dean Cain), rescued after being held for years by Camdus. Everyone that is except for Mon-El (Chris Wood) who not only questions the doctor's story but also raises the possibility that Jeremiah might have been sent in by Cadmus as a mole. Souring the honeymoon period with Kara (Melissa Benoist), and drawing the ire of Alex (Chyler Leigh), Mon-El's suspicions begin to divide the team and provide the perfect distraction to allow Jeremiah to perform his real mission.
Jeremiah's double-cross is too easy to see coming for the audience to side against Mon-El and his suspicions. While it's understandable that Kara and Alex would be protective, it's a bit unclear why J'onn (David Harewood) is caught so off-guard and why it took the Martian nearly the entire episode to scan a potential threat to himself and all he holds dear. Before the episode ends we learn what Cadmus was after, although Jeremiah's motives aren't explored here (the protection of his daughters would be the most likely explanation). For now the DEO will have to lick its wounds and wait their enemy's attack on every alien on the planet Earth.
