Superman: Red and Blue 2025 Special
Following a similar set up to the number of black and white comics released as mini-series anthologies in recent years, the Superman: Red and Blue 2025 Special offers a list of four anthology stories featuring Superman, but instead of highlighting him in black and white (although both colors are also used) we get the hero highlighted in his traditional colors of red and blue.
In my favorite story of the four, Superman saves a small town from giant alien robots, and then sticks around for an interview with a local reporter, in "Out of the Ordinary." After saving the world, Clark returns to The Daily Planet to help Lois on a breaking story in "Red Letter Days."
"Priceless" takes Superman to the hidden planet Dentari to retrieve a priceless crystal needed to get Supergirl and Krypto out of the situation they've found themselves in on the planet Kyrus. The story plays on Kara being more than a bit of a trainwreck as seen in the recent Superman film. And "All the Time in the World" is a surprisingly sad day-in-the-life story of even the Man of Steel getting overwhelmed by not being able to save everyone.
