Legacies - This is Why We Don't Entrust Plans to Muppet Babies

It's a pair of minor characters who take center stage in "This is Why We Don't Entrust Plans to Muppet Babies" when an invisible Qareen is set loose on the grounds slowly stoking the insecurities of the students and feeding on their growing discord. The only one who can see the creature is the often-overlooked Wade (Elijah B. Moore) who, to the surprise of everyone in the school, is actually a faerie. The rising bitchiness between all concerned makes fighting the beast difficult but when Landon (Aria Shahghasemi) and the rest of the student body put their faith in Wade everything turns out sunshine and rainbows. Well... not everything.

The other storyline focuses on the backstory of Hope's (Danielle Rose Russell) new roommate who has been a troublemaker since showing up at the school years before (to the point of a magical behavior modification years before). Alyssa Chang's (Olivia Liang) natural bitchiness doesn't need the help of the creature to cause trouble. However, her true agenda of taking revenge against those at the school she feels have wronged her does allow her to make a few alterations to the spell getting rid of Josie's (Kaylee Bryant) hourglass of dark magic and imprisoning Alaric (Matthew Davis), Josie, and Lizzie (Jenny Boyd) in a prison world where Lizzie runs across a familiar face. While the monster story comes to a close fairly early, Alyssa's machinations end in a cliffhanger with Hope aware of what the witch has done to her friends but unable, as of yet, to rescue them. Meanwhile daddy and daughter have some talking to do about Sebastian (Thomas Doherty).
