Batgirl #12
Led by the journals of her mother, through battles with both the Unburied and the Blood, Batgirl's globetrotting travels have now taken her into the shadows as "The War of the Shadows" begins. Now in the company of the Jade Tiger and Jaya Jayesh, the trio train and continue to follow the path laid before them as old nightmares return for Cassandra Cain and her life in Gotham begins to become a dim memory blotted out by her need for vengeance.
The journey leads them to hidden world of Samsara and another meeting with Nyssa al Ghul who again offers a partnership with Batgirl against common foes and a mission to destroy the poppy fields and source of the Unburied's power. While there is some dissension in the ranks, with the issue playing up the naivete of Cassie's half-brother, in the end, to get what she wants, Batgirl agrees.
