Marc Spector: Moon Knight #1
In what must now be the fourth of fifth relaunched Moon Knight title from writer Jed MacKay (honestly who can keep track at this point), Marc Spector: Moon Knight #1 opens with a disoriented Marc Spector trapped in an elaborate simulation by Mr. Fear and Agence Byzantine in which he's cut-off from Khonshu and his real life. However, even doped up, set in a fictional office scenario with an objective to achieve, Marc Spector subconsciously continues to fight back inventing a hero for him to believe in.
Marc's eventual breakthrough comes from help in the most unlikely of places with the arrival of Zodiac and a box containing something all too familiar. It's bit of an odd way to kick off a new series, without giving us Moon Knight (other than in Marc's hallucinations), but there's enough of a tease for me to come back to see where this is headed... and what's in it for Zodiac to make such an unlikely save?
