Wonder Woman #6

The rotating storylines of the series continue to flip-flop as Wonder Woman #6 takes us back to Diana's origins showcasing her return of Steve Trevor and her arrival in "Man's World."

Dropping out of the sky in an invisible jet with a solider thought dead leads to quite a bit of confusion for everyone involved, including Diana who can't understand the speech of a single person she meets. As she's processed and put in a cell for safe-keeping, Trevor is forced to answer a series of questions from a befuddled brass and doctors who can't except his story of a mythical island of Amazon warriors but also can't explain what they are witnessing right before their eyes.

Of the even-numbered issues centering on Diana's origins, Wonder Woman #6 is the best so far. Filled with humor, Diana's introduction to the outside world is hardly what she expected. The issue also offers the first meeting between Wonder Woman and Dr. Barbara Minerva long before she would become her greatest adversary. Worth a look.
