The Avengers - Propellant 23

Throwback Tuesday takes us back to the adventures of British spy John Steed (Patrick Macnee) and his various partners. Steed recruits Cathy Gale (Honor Blackman) for what should be a simply handoff at the airport but becomes much more complicated when their contact freaks out on the plane and dies almost immediately after being brought into the terminal.

While working against a pair of other agents, both Steed and Cathy attempt to recover the missing item which they eventually learn is flask of Chinese rocket fuel. The unexpected death and the spies not knowing what they are looking for, along with a couple items from the man's belongings being passed around by those in the airport, keep the tension of the story going eventually leading to a confrontation of all four spies and the recovery of the fuel.
