Futurama - T.: The Terrestrial

After Lrr (Maurice LaMarche) pressures his son Jrr (Lauren Tom) into getting a planetary invasion merit badge by landing on Earth, forcing Nixon (Billy West) and Zapp Brannigan (West) to surrender, and destroying headless Agnew's body, Nixon calls for a complete planetary embargo with Omicron Persei 8.

While retrieving an ingredient of Professor Farnsworth's (West) Good News supplement, the Planet Express crew accidentally leaves Fry stranded on the planet where he's befriended by Lrr, at least until his father orders him to kill the human spy. With the power of love (which fuels the Omicron flying bicycles), Jrr finally manages to stand-up to his father and save his friend.

For being little more than a parody episode "T.: The Terrestrial" works fine but several of the episode's jokes (the pot humor, the shining ass of friendship, Fry eating Jrr's turds) are pretty cheap and fall a bit flat. Although it's better than the season premiere, it's far from one of the show's better episodes.
