Cheetah & Cheshire Rob the Justice League #1

In the new mini-series from writer Greg Rucka and artist Nicola Scott we get Cheetah hitting up her old pal Cheshire for help on a job. Looking to break the curse that looms over her, Cheetah has come up with a plan to rob the Justice League Watchtower and recruits an at first reluctant Cheshire to help her. Initially refusing, Cheshire is enticed by the item Cheetah says she is after (whether that is true or not we'll just have to wait and see).

Reuniting Scott with one of the characters she used to draw for Secret Six is fun (although, as always, I'd prefer Catman). The pairing is quite interesting, and its fun to see a pair of villains pal around a bit before we get to the actual adventure. And, as someone who loves a good heist story, with the next issue or two seeming to be about building a crew and planning the heist I'm quite curious to see where things go from here.
