Burn Notice - Acceptable Loss

Looking for answers as to what Anson's (Jere Burns) end game might be, Michael (Jeffrey Donovan) gets Agent Pearce (Lauren Stamile) to arrange a one-on-one meeting with Vaughn (Robert Wisdom). After applying a little pressure on one of the men who burned him, by the end of the episode Michael Weston will know what Anson is after. But it might already be too late to stop him.

The case of the week involves an old friend (Gregg Henry) of Jesse's (Coby Bell) who has grown tired of working for a corrupt diplomat (Ravi Kapoor) who uses his diplomatic immunity to smuggle blood diamonds into the country.

With the help of Sam (Bruce Campbell) and Fi (Gabrielle Anwar), Jesse goes undercover to find solid evidence to take down the crooked diplomat, involving borrowing a jewelry store for an afternoon, but when the plan blows up in thier faces the only other choice is a deadly Plan-B.

"Acceptable Loss" is a solid episode that sets the table for next week's season finale. The fate of Jesse's friend weighs heavy on Michael's conscience just as he's about to make a decision that could change his life forever. Michael now knows the stakes and will have to make some tough decisions to both save Fiona and stop Anson from becoming more powerful than ever before.
