Batman: Caped Crusader - The Spectral Hand
"The Spectral Hand" returns crooked cop Jim Corrigan (Roger Craig Smith) from the show's First Season who is killed after agreeing to take part in a prison experiment. Returning to life as a zombie, Corrigan begins going after crooks from his past and exacting deadly vengeance before eventually showing up at Barbara Gordon's (Krystal Joy Brown) door.
The ill-defined nature of Corrigan's powers, or what ultimately is fueling his behavior, is problematic before the character simply drops dead for the second time in the episode. As an excuse to delve into Barbara's mental state given her experiences at the end of the show's first season the episode works, but as a Spectre story (or even a Batman one, who feels mostly insignificant to events) it leaves much to be desired
