Be Cool, Scooby Doo! - Grand Scam
Scooby Sunday takes us back to another mystery involving some meddling kids and their talking dog. Making a trip to visit Shaggy's (Matthew Lillard) favorite minor league baseball team, Mystery, Inc. stumbles into a new mystery involving the ghost of the franchise's most famous player scaring away fans and forcing the owner to consider selling the team and stadium.
Fun moments include Daphne (Grey DeLisle) picking up the discarded mascot uniform and attempting to rouse the gang's spirit while they solve the mystery, Velma (Kate Micucci) nerding out when she discovers how much math is in baseball, Shaggy being brave to help out his home team, and the well-timed practicing of the team's organist. After catching he baddie, in a trap that works as planned, Shaggy celebrates by throwing out the first pitch (of sorts) to none other than his best friend.
