Reacher - Cage Fight
After briefly being detained by the CIA along with two cops, which Reacher (Alan Ritchson) puts an end to with his regular charm, he and his new allies (Sydelle Noel and Christopher Rodriguez Marquette) search for answers concerning the subway suicide and the woman's missing son who has disappeared after spending time with an OnlyFans model who turns up dead.
After more than a little effort, and eventually leaning into a little public blackmail, Reacher has a conversation with Congressman (Marc Blucas). However that encounter leads him to believe in the politician's innocence and that the one thing he thought was true about this case was also a lie. Without any leads the trio head back into darkness except, for the first time, Reacher stumbles on a clue as he discovers the missing fourth man from the subway is the Congressman's chief of staff.
Highlights from the episode involve Reacher and the other's escape from the black site and their momentary partnership with Kevin Weisman as a conspiracy nut and journalist lost deep down the rabbit hole along with the various methods Reacher uses to get in front of the Congressman. Although still without any answers as to what led to the suicide on the subway, and the multiple attacks and kidnapping of Reacher and two cops, at least our intrepid investigator seems to have a loose thread to start pulling.
