The Flash - Honey, I Shrunk Team Flash

A new meta-human (Derek Mears) with the ability to shrink objects ties into fate of Barry's (Grant Gustin) new prison pal Big Sir (Bill Goldberg). Not only is the super-villain responsible for the murder which Big Sur is serving a life sentence, but he's also terrorizing Central City by shrinking objects to add to his collection. And when Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and Ralph (Devon Graye) get in his way they find themselves a fraction of their former selves. Meanwhile, Cecile's (Danielle Nicolet) pregnancy triggers some latent meta-human powers giving Joe's (Jesse L. Martin) main squeeze temporary mind-reading abilities which cause some friction between the couple.

Despite being on the periphery of both storylines, Tom Cavanagh steals the episode as an increasingly-frustrated Harry Wells who can't help free Barry from prison or figure out DeVoe's plans. His mistake in trying to re-enlarge his friends kick-starts the scientist back to tackling the larger problems at hand and not get caught up in the stumbles along the way. Although Barry's friends catch their bad guy, he refuses to offer the testimony that would save Barry's new friend leaving the Scarlet Speedster to offer his own form of justice to Big Sir. Sadly for Barry, such actions put him in dangerous waters with the warden (Richard Brooks) as it seems the Flash may be leaving prison long before his friends are able to prove his innocence.
