White Collar - Wanted

Picking up six weeks after the Third Season finale, Peter (Tim DeKay) receives a visit from FBI Agent Kyle Collins (Mekhi Phifer) from the Office of International Affairs who has been assigned by Agent Kramer (Beau Bridges) to find Neal (Matt Bomer), and he expects Peter's full cooperation. Meanwhile Neal and Mozzie (Willie Garson) are living the good life in paradise off of Neal's half of the recovered Nazi treasure.

While settling into their new lives on one of the Cape Verde islands under the protection of a local gangster (Gregg Henry), Neal strikes up a new relationship with a local cafe owner (Mía Maestro) while back in New York Peter and Elizabeth try to stay one step ahead of Collins by convincing the mysterious Ellen Parker (Judith Ivey) that Neal needs their help, whether he needs it or not.

With the help of Diana (Marsha Thomason) and Jones (Sharif Atkins) Peter is able to track Neal's location, but before he can decide what to do with the information Agent Collins swoops in and sets off to bring Neal back, dead or alive. With no other choice Neal is forced to run again, but Mozzie won't allow his friend to leave without him, and when both Collins and Peter both show up on the island things really get interesting.

It's good to see, given the huge consequences and fallout from last season's finale, that the premiere doesn't try to put all the pieces back together in a single episode. It will be interesting to see not only how long Neal can stay on the run, but exactly how White Collar will try to return things to the status quo.
