Setting the stage for next week's season finale, the team is brought back together (albeit under the guise of breaking up for good). Realizing that Khlyen (Rob Stewart) is holed up in RAC's home base, Dutch (Hannah John-Kamen), Johnny (Aaron Ashmore), and D'Avin (Luke Macfarlane) enter the lion's den under the only premise which would get them close enough to give Dutch a shot at finding Khlyen - officially breaking up the team.
With the help of a new friend (Danka Scepanovic) the episode begins with Johnny making good on helping Dutch reconnect with her former mentor through the implant he forced on her. From there the team barrels full speed into danger in a search for answers that will leave one member of the crew wounded and give Dutch at least a few of the answers she's been seeking ever since her first meeting with Khlyen.
Along with revealing Khlyen's connection to the RAC, "Enemy Khlyen" also continues the slow build of the coming revolution as Alvis' (Morgan Kelly) monks are harrassed just as they've built up enough weaponary to start a war. From the trailer for next week's episode it looks like the monks, the genetic weapon introduced in an earlier episode, the secrets within the next-gen super-computer that John steals a piece of, and Khlyen's true agenda where Dutch is concerned will all play large roles in the season finale.
