Our fellowship moves out of the woods and crosses the Shattered Sea in the aptly-titled episode that follows the same previously-used formula. Points of interest are Prince Airk (Dempsey Bryk) making a new friend who is obviously evil, the reveal that Prince Graydon (Tony Revolori) has some magic ability in him, Thraxus (Amar Chadha-Patel) discovers he's unworthy, our travels squabble, and (after another episode of being a horrible character best killed off an left in the wasteland) Kit (Ruby Cruz) grows up a wee bit (we'll see how long that lasts).
Oddities of the episode are some of the training sequences, where once again our characters stop what they are doing. These are even a bit more awkward with the emptiness around them looking ever so much like they were shot on a sound stage. Elora (Ellie Bamber) ability continues to improve, and burying the hatchet with Kit allows both to take a (literal) leap of faith leading them to their destination... just a few days too late.
