Hawaii Five-0 - Kalele

McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) is at a loss when his sister Mary (Taryn Manning) is arrested after only working as a flight attendant for a couple of weeks when she's blackmailed by a scary looking man (Tony Todd) into attempting to smuggle $20 million worth of conflict diamonds off the island.

Five-0 has only nine hours to uncover the men responsible and find Mary's friend Angela (Rebecca Ocampo) who was kidnapped by the same man who forced Mary to try and smuggle the diamonds. Things get further complicated when the diamonds are stolen on route to Five-0 and two policemen were killed.

With the help of Captain Sizemore (Tom Sizemore) and a recently paroled smuggler (Edward Asner, reprising his role of August March from the original series) McGarrett and Danny (Scott Caan) set up a sting to catch the kidnappers but although they're able to get one (Anthony Brandon Wong) in the open they aren't able to take him alive.

However, they are to uncover a connection with the incarcerated Detective Kaleo (Jason Scott Lee). That coupled with March and Kona's (Grace Park) ability to connect the stolen diamonds to Liberia helps the team to find Mary's attacker. But Mary is disappointed to learn Angela wasn't a victim in the scheme but the one, along with Kaleo, who was pulling the strings. Asner's return is a nice touch, and his final scene reminds us (and poor Angela) just how dangerous a man August March is, even at his advanced age.
