While practicing to use his new lightsaber Ezra (Taylor Gray) experiences his first Force vision giving him a glimpse of the adventure he and his friends are about to embark on. "Vision of Hope" continues Ezra's training as a padawan while reminding us of Yoda's famous words: "Always in motion is the future."
Events, rather than Ezra's vision, spur the crew of the Ghost into action as a anti-Imperial Senator makes his way to Lothal to speak. With the Empire aware of his presence, and with Ezra believing the man may have a connection to his parents, Ezra, Kanan (Freddie Prinze Jr.), and Hera (Vanessa Marshall) attempt to save the Senator learning almost too late what kind of trap they've walked into. Luckily for the group Hera isn't the trusting type allowing the rebels to escape Kallus' (David Oyelowo) latest trap.
